企业想要在激烈的竞争中求得生存与发展,除了持续不断地进行经营结构的更新改善外,不断进行人力资源开发,重视员工培训是企业保持良性运营的重要方针之一。本文从人力资源管理的角度分析现代企业的培训现状,探究企业对员工培训的意义与策略。
Enterprises want to survive and develop in the fierce competition. In addition to continuous updating and improvement of business structure, continuous development of human resources and emphasis on staff training are one of the important guidelines for enterprises to maintain healthy operation. This article analyzes the status quo of training of modern enterprises from the perspective of human resources management and explores the significance and tactics of enterprises to staff training.
