1 前言鱼体中一般含微最汞,其食用容许含量为0.3mg/Kg以下。常规分析中,多采用光度法及原子吸收法。本文研究了用电位溶出法(PSA法)测定汞的适宜条件。试验表明,在pH2.83~5.02之间,0.075MNaCl为介质,3.00×10~(-4)MKMnO_4作氧化剂,有0.04mg/lCu(Ⅱ)作为敏化剂的条件下,用电位溶出分析法可测定鱼体中的微量汞。其结果与光度法一致。鱼中汞亦可用Wall—Jet电极电化学检测器的流动注射分析法测定,其结果与上述常规
