At the dawn of the 21st century, the local diaries are confronted with new tasks in the new period: to complete the compilation of the first new socialist chronicles and to initiate the compilation of the second new chronicles of socialism. What is the primary task now? I think it should be the theoretical banner of the next revision. Flag issue is crucial. What is a banner? A banner is the direction, which is the guiding ideology.
