1985年—1983年,我们进行了“玉米平菇大田间作”的试验,初步探讨了平菇与玉米大田间作的高产栽培工艺。结果表明,玉米条幅间各种生态条件基本上能够满足平菇的生长发育。由于平菇与玉米间密切的互惠作用,从而取得了亩产鲜菇3500—5000斤,玉米1300多斤的好收成,每亩收入达2500—3000元左右,较单种玉米的经济效益提高了10倍以上,从根本上解决了粮菇争地问题,为大面积栽培平菇开拓了新的途径。
From 1985 to 1983, we carried out the experiment of “interplanting maize mushrooms in the field”, and initially discussed the high-yielding cultivation techniques of interplanting mushrooms with maize field. The results showed that the ecological conditions of corn strips could basically meet the growth and development of Pleurotus ostreatus. As a result of the close reciprocal effect between mushroom and corn, it has achieved a good yield of 3500-5000 jin per mu of fresh mushrooms and 1300 jin of corn, with an income of about 2500-3000 yuan per mu, which is higher than that of single corn 10 times or more, a fundamental solution to the problem of land dispute mushrooms, mushroom cultivation for a large area to open up new avenues.
