对以二甲苯为溶剂兼作链转移剂,以正丁基锂/烷氧基碱金属/二乙二醇二甲醚(n-BuLi/t-BuOMe/2G)为三元引发体系的丁二烯调聚反应进行了研究。考察了不同t-BuOMe对单体转化率、聚合物分子量及其分布、微观结构的影响。实验结果表明,聚合物分子量依t-BuOK、t-BuONa、t-BuOLi的次序递增;聚合物1,2-结构含量在一定的2G/n-BuLi值时的大小顺序为:t-BuONa、t-BuOLi、t-BuOK;调聚物分子量分布随调聚能力的增大而加宽。
In the case of butadiene (n-BuLi / t-BuOMe / 2G) ternary system using n-butyllithium / alkoxyl alkali metal / diethylene glycol dimethyl ether Telomere reaction was studied. The effects of different t-BuOMe on the monomer conversion, the molecular weight of the polymer and its distribution and microstructure were investigated. The experimental results showed that the molecular weight of the polymer increased with the order of t-BuOK, t-BuONa and t-BuOLi. The order of the 1,2-structure of the polymer with a certain value of 2G / n- t-BuOLi, t-BuOK. The molecular weight distribution of telomer broadens with the increase of telogen capacity.
