目的:探讨隐匿性阴茎误行包皮环切术后手术矫形治疗效果。方法:选取2010年5月~2016年1月我院40例隐匿性阴茎误行包皮环切术治疗患者作为观察研究对象,首先对患者进行手术矫正,并对术后效果进行分析。结果:40例患者顺利完成手术,并且手术平均时间分布为(51.28±1.14)min,平均住院时间为(5.15±1.24)d。术后恢复比较良好,术后对患者进行为期1年的随访无明显并发症,阴茎长度较同龄人长1cm左右,无其他明显异常。结论:手术矫正,对于隐匿性阴茎误行包皮环切术后可取得较满意的效果。
Objective: To investigate the effect of surgical correction after occult circumcision of occult penis. Methods: From May 2010 to January 2016, 40 cases of occult penile circumcision were treated in our hospital as observational subjects. First, the patients were corrected by surgery and the postoperative effects were analyzed. Results: Forty patients completed the operation successfully. The mean time of operation was (51.28 ± 1.14) min and the average length of stay was (5.15 ± 1.24) days. Postoperative recovery is relatively good, postoperative patients with 1-year follow-up without significant complications, penis length than its peers about 1cm, no other obvious abnormalities. Conclusion: Correction of operation can achieve more satisfactory results after circumcision of concealed penis.
