研究转化生长因子βI型(TβRI)受体在人肝癌组织中的表达,探讨其临床意义。方法以125l-TGF-βI为配体的放射性配体结台分析法,检测了TβRI在30例肝癌组织及癌周肝组织和4例正常对照肝组织中的表达。分析了肝细胞癌组织中TβRI相对表达率与肝癌的一些临床病理资料的关系。结果肝癌组织TβRI表达较癌周肝组织及正常肝组织明显降低(P<0.01),后两者问TβRI表达一致。包膜侵犯/无包膜组和伴血管癌栓组TβRI表达率明显降低(P<005)。TβRI相对表达率与年龄、性别、HBV感染、肝硬化、AFP、肝癌的大小、数目及分化程度无关(P>005)。结论肝癌组织中TβRI表达降低可能是肝癌拮抗TGF-β对其生长抑制作用而恶性演进的关键因素,TβRI相对表达率与肝癌的预后有关。
To study the expression of transforming growth factor-β type I (TβR I) receptor in human hepatocellular carcinoma and its clinical significance. METHODS: The expression of TβRI in liver tissues of 30 patients with hepatocellular carcinoma, liver tissue around the liver, and liver tissues of 4 normal controls was examined using a 1251-TGF-βI ligand ligand radioligand. The relationship between the relative expression rate of TβRI in hepatocellular carcinoma and some clinicopathological data of hepatocellular carcinoma was analyzed. Results The expression of TβR I was significantly lower in hepatocellular carcinoma than in the hepatic tissue and normal liver tissues (P<0.01). The expression of TβR I was consistent in the latter two groups. The expression of TβR I was significantly decreased in the enveloped/non-enveloped group and the vascular cancer thrombus group (P<0.05). The relative expression rate of TβRI was not related to age, gender, HBV infection, liver cirrhosis, AFP, liver cancer size, number and differentiation (P>005). Conclusion The decreased expression of TβR I may be a key factor in the malignant progression of hepatocellular carcinoma antagonizing the growth inhibition of TGF-β. The relative expression rate of TβR I is related to the prognosis of hepatocellular carcinoma.
