当归注射液、黄芪注射液不同配比促鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜模型血管生成的实验研究

目的:探讨当归、黄芪注射液不同配比对鸡胚绒毛尿囊膜(chorioallantoic membrane,CAM)血管生成的影响。方法:种蛋在37.8℃孵育7 d后制备CAM模型,当归、黄芪注射液不同配比滴加于CAM表面的载体上,继续孵育3 d,观察鸡胚存活状况,然后制备鸡胚CAM标本,解剖显微镜下计数新生毛细血管数目。结果:当归、黄芪注射液不同配比均具有促进鸡胚CAM血管生成作用,与生理盐水对照组相比有显著性差异(P<0.05),除当归黄芪1∶5,其他各组药效低于表皮生长因子(EGF)(P<0.05)。结论:当归、黄芪注射液不同配比具有显著促进鸡胚CAM血管生成作用,其可能的机制是血管内皮细胞的增殖与迁移。 Objective: To investigate the effects of different ratios of Angelica and Radix Astragali Injection on angiogenesis of chorioallantoic membrane (CAM). METHODS: CAM model was prepared after incubation of eggs at 37.8°C for 7 days. Angelica sinensis and Astragalus injection were added dropwise onto the CAM surface carrier. The incubation was continued for 3 days to observe the survival condition of chicken embryos. Then CAM specimens of chicken embryos were prepared and dissected. The number of new capillaries was counted under a microscope. Results: Different ratios of Angelica sinensis and Huangqi injection could promote CAM angiogenesis in chicken embryos, and there was significant difference compared with saline control group (P<0.05). Besides Angelica sinensis 1:5, the efficacy of other groups was low. In epidermal growth factor (EGF) (P < 0.05). Conclusion: Different ratios of Angelica sinensis and Huangqi injection can significantly promote the angiogenesis of chicken embryos. The possible mechanism is the proliferation and migration of vascular endothelial cells.
