本文首先给环境维权意识下了定义,明确了其确切的含义,分析了居民环境维权意识对环境保护的重要意义。抽取北京市三个社区,对社区的居民进行问卷调查,分析了居民环境维权意识的现状和存在的问题,认为现在居民环境维权意识还有待提高,政府应该在其中起到更加重要的作用。社区教育作为政府大力倡导的一种教育模式,可以在提升居民环境维权意识方面有所作为,因此提出以社区教育为切入点来提升居民的环境维权意识,对可行性进行分析,提出在教育形式上要多样化,教育内容上要多元化。
This article first defines the definition of environmental rights protection, clarifies its exact meaning, and analyzes the importance of residents’ environmental awareness of rights protection to environmental protection. Three communities in Beijing were sampled and residents in the community were surveyed. The status quo and existing problems of residents ’awareness of environmental rights protection were analyzed. Nowadays, awareness of residents’ environmental rights protection needs to be improved, and the government should play an even more important role. As a kind of education mode advocated by the government, community education can make a difference in raising residents ’consciousness of safeguarding the rights of the environment. Therefore, community education is proposed as a starting point to enhance residents’ awareness of environmental rights protection, analyze the feasibility, To diversify, educational content should be diversified.
