目的:研究炙淫羊藿炮制过程中5种黄酮类成分的变化规律。方法:测定炙淫羊藿炮制前后朝藿定A,朝藿定B,朝藿定C,淫羊藿苷,宝藿苷I的含量。结果:炙淫羊藿炮制过程中朝藿定A,朝藿定B,朝藿定C,淫羊藿苷,宝藿苷I的含量发生了变化,不同品种、不同批次的炙淫羊藿呈现出不同的变化趋势。结论:炙淫羊藿的炮制工艺条件和黄酮类成分的比例关系决定了炙淫羊藿炮制过程中黄酮类成分的变化趋势。
Objective: To study the variation regularity of five flavonoids in the process of producing Epimedium. Methods: The content of epimedin A, epimedin B, epimedin C, icariin and treasurein I before and after processing of Epimedium was determined. RESULTS: The content of Epimedin A, Epimedin B, Epimedin C, Icariin and Pooglycone I in the process of producing Epimedium was changed. Different varieties and different batches of Epimedium Showing a different trend. Conclusion: The relationship between processing conditions of Epimedium brevicornum and the proportion of flavonoids determines the trend of flavonoids in the processing of Epimedium.
