一、基地的任务宁波市水产加工基地旨在以生产食用水产加工品为主,以低值鱼、中上层鱼及养殖产品的利用技术为突破口,优先发展冷冻小包装、罐头、调味干品、膨化食品、汤料等方便食品和畜禽、鱼用饲料等综合利用产品,大力发展食品添加剂、模拟食品、保健食品和海洋药物,适当发展鱼糜制品,努力提高经济效益,增强出口创汇能力,并协助各县、乡(镇)、村办企业及个体户发展水产加工业,加强与国内外的技术交流与协作。力争到1990年,全市低值鱼和中上层鱼的加工率(不包括冷冻粗加工),将由目前的25%提高到50%。到本世纪末,80%的低值鱼和中上层鱼能加工成经济实惠的鱼产品,主要工序基本上实现机械化,建立综合加工低值鱼、中上层鱼及养殖产品的加工基地。
