针对克拉玛依 6 19区稠油开采中井口普遍出现跑油的问题 ,分析了跑油的原因 ,提出了根治跑油的办法 ,并设计制造出不同类型的井口密封装置及密封材料。试验研究表明 ,根据不同工况选择不同的装置及密封材料对稠油热采井口是行之有效的。
In order to solve the problem of running oil in the wellhead of Karamay 619 heavy oil production, the reason of running oil is analyzed. A method to cure running oil is put forward and different types of wellhead sealing devices and sealing materials are designed and manufactured. Experimental studies show that selecting different devices and sealing materials according to different working conditions is effective for heavy oil thermal recovery wellhead.
