本文运用文献法和访谈法,对社会体育指导员选拔的情况进行研究。结果表明:社会体育指导员选拔中存在着诸多问题:社会体育指导员选拔存在显著的地区差异性,体育指导员选拔标准混乱,且沿海发达城市远远好于西部欠发达地区;选拔程序不严格,考试方法单一;社会体育指导员知识更新较快,对体育指导员的培训不及时等问题。研究提出了完善社会体育指导员选拔及考核等环节的措施及方法,希望为社会体育指导员的发展提供可行性建议。
This article uses the literature method and interview method to study the selection of social sports instructors. The results show that there are many problems in the selection of social sports instructors: there are significant regional differences in the selection of social sports instructors, the selection criteria of sports instructors are confused, and the developed coastal cities are far better than the less developed western regions; the selection procedure is not strict and the examination methods Single; social sports instructors faster knowledge update, training of sports instructors is not timely and other issues. The research proposes measures and methods to improve the selection and assessment of social sports instructors, and hopes to provide feasible suggestions for the development of social sports instructors.
