刘平生,中国老年大学协会秘书长。她1952年大学毕业,曾参加国家人事部门管理工作,后在主管国家老龄委宣教工作中,热情投身于我国20世纪80年代初萌芽的老年大学新生事物。1988年12月中国老年大学协会成立,刘平生担当第一任秘书长至今。1983年9月山东省率先创立了老年大学,而后其他省 Liu Pingsheng, secretary general of China Association of Senior Citizens.
