本文共观察了600侧活体上肢的肘部浅静脉。将所得材料分为六型,又依据前臂正中静脉的注入点或条数将各型分为若干亚型。第一型即头静脉借一条肘正中静脉与贵要静脉相连者,最多见(50.66％),第二型即头静脉借“Y”字形静脉与贵要静脉相连者,次之(40.83％),第三型即上臂头静脉较为细小,最为少见(0.17％)。前臂正中静脉注入肘正中静脉或贵要静脉者最为多见。副头静脉亦较常见,占40.17％。形成岛者不多,仅占5.17％。各型的出现率在各种族之间无大差异,均以第一型为最多见,第二型次之,其它型少见。
