文章在分析贫困生的心理表现、产生原因的同时,结合工作实践,探讨贫困生心理健康教育的意义履有效帮扶措讫,引导他们走向积极的方向。心理健康教育是根据大学生的心理特点,有针对性地讲授心理健康知识,开展辅导或咨询活动,在我国一些高职院校已经把心理健康教育工作纳入德育工作体系,建立了大学生心理健康教育、心理辅导或咨询的专门工作机构,将心理健康教育课程列入教学计划,开展心理素质训练等。通过在高职院校开展心理健康教育工作,推行健康的生活价值观,培养学生健全的人格品质。帮助大学生增强心理调适能力和社会生活的适应能力,预防和缓解心理问题,以期引导高校贫困生群体的健康成长、成才。
