建筑工程施工过程中,对工程阶段性施工的造价控制很重要。工程造价控制的加强,才能有效提高工程效率和投资实用性。往往建筑单位在工程施工过程中对阶段性的造价控制重视程度不高,甚至不忽略这样会在工程竣工阶段的核算环节出现问题。因此,建筑工程项目造价控制的加强在施工阶段具有很重要的意义和作用,并在施工过程中采取相应的控制措施,提高工程造价控制和施工管理水平。
