在冲压模具中配合送料装置,是提高生产效率的唯一途径,它不但保证了冲压工人的安全,同时又能实现冲压的自动化生产。通过卡片的多工位级进模设计与介绍,利用安装在模具内部的斜楔配合滑块作往复运动,来实现带料自动送料装置的结构及工作过程。实践证明,该模内送料装置既简易又实用。

Through the multi-station progressive die design and introduction of the card, the wedge cooperating with the slider installed in the mold is used for reciprocating motion, so as to realize the structure and working process of the automatic feeding device of the strip material. Practice has proved that the mold feeding device is simple and practical.
