通过在对国内外CO2腐蚀对油气田设备的腐蚀与防护状况的调研,发现CO2腐蚀在各国油气田均比较严重,其中有些油气田还伴有H2S腐蚀,针对上述腐蚀情况,各国均开展了大量的研究。通过对CO2的腐蚀行为的调研,确定了CO2对钢铁管道及金属设备的腐蚀状态,通常采用的防护方法有:选用耐蚀材料、缓蚀剂等,但在生产实际中应用还需根据具体情况采取多种防护方法联合的办法,以实现对该腐蚀的经济有效的控制。
Through the investigation on the corrosion and protection of oil and gas field equipment at home and abroad, CO2 corrosion was found to be serious in all oil and gas fields in the world.
