本文分析了以往军代表对军工产品的质量控制局限在产品的制造加工阶段的弊端,从而提出了“前伸后延”全过程系统控制的新手段(方法)。作者以实践的直感探讨了军代表参加(与)新品科研设计的方法(式)和质量监控的主要目标。论述了运用信息技术加强产品在使用期的质量监控和工厂、军代表为部队提供技术服务的必要性。
This article analyzes the shortcomings of the former military representatives’ limitation on the quality control of military products in the manufacture and processing stage of the products, and proposes a new method (method) of system control in the whole process of “extending and postponing”. The author discusses the method (formula) and the main objectives of quality control of military representatives participating in (and) new scientific research design with practical intuition. Discusses the use of information technology to enhance the quality of products in the service period of monitoring and factory, the military representatives the need to provide technical services to the troops.
