石膏空心砌块近年来应用于框架结构中的填充墙和隔墙。它具有质轻、价廉、劳动强度低的优点,但由于它是一块块组砌而成的,易出现墙面不平整、与门窗框间的结合不牢固等缺点。为此,济南市第二建筑公司经过几年工程的试验,于1992年完成了某办公楼较大面积的施工,克服了以往出现的一些通病。经过近二年的观测,符合质量标准,取得了理想的观感效果,为今后大面积推广石膏空心砌块墙体提供了经验。现将施工方法作一介绍。 一、石膏空心砌块的性能指标 石膏空心砌块是以石膏为主要材料,在产品成型时掺加珍珠岩及其它辅料,提高了产品的隔热、隔声及防火等性能。砌块可锯、可刨,适应性强,减少了
