患者女，７２岁。右侧腰痛６月余于１９９８年８月２７日入院。查体：贫血貌，右肾区饱满，触及一约１０ｃｍ×１０ｃｍ大小的包块，质硬、有触痛。尿常规：红细胞（＋），蛋白（＋）。静脉肾盂造影：右肾影增大，右肾上盏、肾盂受压移位。Ｂ型超声：右肾上极探及一不均质回声
Female patient, 72 years old. Right lower back pain in June more than in 1998 August 27 admission. Physical examination: anemia appearance, right kidney area full, touched a mass of about 10cm × 10cm mass, hard, tenderness. Urine routine: red blood cells (+), protein (+). Intravenous pyelography: increased right kidney shadow, upper right kidney, renal pelvis pressure shift. B-mode ultrasound: right kidney on the probe and an uneven echo
