生产现场的“静”态管理主要有定置管理和目视管理。定置管理是对生产现场中的人、物、场所三者之间的关系进行科学地分析研究,使之达到最佳结合状态。它以物在场所的科学定置为前提,以完整的标识系统为媒介,实现人和物的有效结合。根据物与人的结合程度分为三种状态:A状态,需要的物随手可取。B状态,物要想和人结合,需要经过寻找和转换。C状态,物不需要和人结合,应该被清除现场。
