[目的 /意义]构建图书馆员知识咨询胜任力模型,用于图书馆员知识咨询胜任力测评,以促进图书馆向知识服务转型。[方法 /过程]在借鉴胜任力理论的基础上,结合图书馆员能力相关研究成果和知识咨询工作的特点,初步构建图书馆员知识咨询胜任力模型,并通过专家调查法对图书馆员知识咨询胜任力模型进行优化,确定评价指标权重。[结果 /结论]构建的图书馆员知识咨询胜任力模型包括3个层次6个维度,希望为图书馆开展馆员知识咨询能力的测评提供参考。
[Purpose / Significance] To construct a knowledge consultant competency model for librarians, to evaluate the competence of librarians in knowledge consulting so as to promote the transformation of libraries to knowledge services. [Method / Process] Based on the theory of competency and combining with the research results of librarian’s competency and the characteristics of knowledge consulting work, this paper initially builds the knowledge consultant competency model of librarians and analyzes the knowledge of librarians through expert investigation Consulting competency model to optimize, determine the weight of evaluation index. [Results / Conclusions] The constructed Librarian Knowledge Consultant Competency Model includes 6 dimensions at three levels, hoping to provide a reference for the Librarians’ ability to assess Librarian knowledge.
