通过对某水电厂土建工程施工中的补偿费用的处理 ,说明在国内招投标的中小型水电工程施工项目索赔势必将成为水电建设工程施工合同管理的重要问题 ,应引起各有关方面的重视和关注。
Through the treatment of the compensation fees in the civil works construction of a hydropower plant, it is concluded that the claims for construction projects of medium and small hydropower projects in China will inevitably become an important issue in contract management of hydropower construction projects, which should arouse the attention and concern of all parties concerned .
