刮板输送机的整机空载功率测定,是衡量输送机整机质量的一个重要综合指标。它直接反映出减速器的制造质量、链轮与链条和刮板的吻合情况以及安装质量。因此,煤炭部制造局于1983年在产品的分组质量检查中,规定了刮板输送机的空载功率允许范围。现在,如何控制输送机的空载功率,已引起了本行业广泛的关注。现在测量空载功率大多数使用的是二元三相功率表。二元三相功率表的测量原理是采用二瓦计法测量。三相瓦特表有七个接线柱,一般接线如图1(型号D33—W接线法)。图1中,功率表电压线圈所接U_(AB)、U_(BC)。而电流线圈所接I_B、I_C,它们之间的矢量关系如图2。
