网络自出版作为一种新型出版模式,具有多重文化意蕴:彰显了公众的主体性意识,构建了多元、开放、包容的文化氛围,满足了公众个性化的文化需求,拓展了公众的话语空间。但也存在诸多问题:内容质量和生产能力反差巨大,商业性和文化性难以兼顾,发展态势和服务监管不相协调等。因此,可从多维度的环境优化、多元化的主体教育、多层面的监督管理和多方位的精准服务等几个方面入手予以引导,以促其健康发展。
As a new publishing model, network self-publishing has multiple cultural connotations. It highlights the subjective consciousness of the public, builds a diverse, open and inclusive cultural atmosphere, meets the individualized cultural needs of the public, and expands the public’s discourse space. However, there are also many problems: the contrast of content quality and production capacity is huge, commercial and cultural issues are difficult to reconcile, and the development trend and service regulation are not coordinated. Therefore, guidance can be given from several aspects, such as multi-dimensional environment optimization, diversified subject education, multi-level supervision and management and multi-faceted precision services so as to promote its healthy development.
