Modern basketball requires athletes to develop their physical and moral qualities. Training for this sport usually begins with senior studies. With that in mind, we decided to observe the medical pedagogy of juvenile basketball players (16-17 years old) and set themselves the task of: 1) determining whether the physical burden of training is appropriate for the student’s year and Training level; 2) knowing which type of training system is best (twice or three times a week); and 3) knowing what effect basketball has on a student’s physical development and health. The observation was performed in the homework of two test groups and one control group.
