目的:优选妇糜康凝胶剂的基质处方。方法:以黏度(32℃)、触变性(32℃)、稳定性为因变量,羧甲基纤维素钠(CMC-Na)、甘油和聚山梨酯80(tween-80)用量为自变量,通过单因素试验筛选各自变量的取值范围,通过星点设计-效应面法优选基质配方。结果:最佳基质配方为CMC-Na 3.5 g,甘油8.0 g,tween-80 5.0 g;稳定性、触变性、黏度的实测值分别为19.5分,7 686.9 Pa·s-1·mL-1,4 325.9 mPa·s,预测值依次为20分,7 815.843 Pa·s-1·mL-1,4 442.731 mPa·s,偏差绝对值分别为2.50%,1.65%,2.63%。结论:制备的妇糜康凝胶剂黏度适中、稳定性、触变性均较好,为该制剂的临床推广提供参考。
Objective: To optimize the matrix preparation of gynecone gel. Methods: The variables of viscosity (32 ℃), thixotropy (32 ℃) and stability were taken as the dependent variables, the contents of CMC-Na, glycerol and tween- Through the single factor test, the range of each variable was screened, and the matrix formulation was optimized by the apical design-response surface method. Results: The optimum matrix formulations were CMC-Na 3.5 g, glycerol 8.0 g and tween-80 5.0 g. The measured values of stability, thixotropy and viscosity were 19.5 and 7 686.9 Pa · s-1 · mL- 4 325.9 mPa · s, and the predicted values were 20 points, 7 815.843 Pa · s-1 · mL-1,4 442.731 mPa · s, and the absolute values of deviation were 2.50%, 1.65% and 2.63% respectively. CONCLUSION: The preparation of the women Mi gel gel viscosity moderate, stability, thixotropy are good, provide a reference for the clinical application of the preparation.
