张炜大师简介张炜,男,汉族,1962年10月出生,安徽庐江人,中共党员。1983年7月合肥工业大学水文地质工程地质专业本科毕业,1988年6月获合肥工业大学岩土工程工学硕士学位,2006年7月获西安交通大学工商管理硕士(MBA)学位(在职)。1983年7月-1988年12月在合肥工业大学工程地质教研室任教,自1988年6月起一直在机械工业部勘察研究院(现机械工业勘察设计研究院)工作,历任勘察处项目负责人、工程师,土工实验室主任、主任工程师,勘察处副处长、主任工程师、高级工程师,院长助理、总工程师、副院长、教授级高级工程师,现任机械工业勘察设计研究院院长、总工程师、教授级高级工程师。兼任国际工程地质与环境协会(IAEG)会员,国际力学及岩土工程学会(ISSMGE)会员,中国工程建设标准化协会湿陷性黄土委员会副主任委员,中国建筑学会工程勘察分会理事,中国工程图学会理事,中国土木工程学会土力学及岩土工程分会桩基委员会委员,建设部建筑工程技术委员会委员,陕西省岩石力学与工程学会副理事长,陕西省土木工程学会常务理事、青年委员会主任委员。获选享受国务院政府特殊津贴专家,荣获“陕西省有突出贡献中青年专家”、“陕西省优秀勘察设计院长”、“陕西省有突出贡献专家”等荣誉称号,2006年被评为全国工程勘察设计大师。
Master Zhang Wei Brief introduction Zhang Wei, male, Han nationality, born in October 1962, Anhui Lujiang people, member of the Communist Party of China. He graduated from Hefei University of Technology in July, 1983 with a bachelor’s degree in geotechnical engineering geology from Hefei University of Technology. In June 2006, he received a master’s degree in business administration from Xi’an Jiaotong University. From July 1983 to December 1988, he taught at the Department of Engineering Geology of Hefei University of Technology. Since June 1988, he has been working at Investigation and Research Institute of Machinery Industry (now Mechanical Industry Investigation & Design Institute) Engineer, geotechnical laboratory director, chief engineer, deputy director of survey department, chief engineer, senior engineer, assistant to president, chief engineer, vice president, professor level senior engineer, incumbent machinery industry survey and design institute president, chief engineer , Professor-level senior engineer. He is a member of International Engineering Geology and Environment Association (IAEG), member of International Society of Mechanics and Geotechnical Engineering (ISSMGE), vice chairman of collapsible loess committee of China Association of Engineering Construction Standardization, director of Engineering Investigation Branch of China Architecture Society, China Society of Engineering Drawings Member, member of Pile Foundation of Soil Mechanics and Geotechnical Branch of China Civil Engineering Society, member of Construction Engineering Technology Committee of Ministry of Construction, vice chairman of Shaanxi Institute of Rock Mechanics and Engineering, standing director of Shaanxi Provincial Civil Engineering Society and chairman of Youth Committee. Selected to enjoy the State Council special government allowance experts, won the “outstanding contributions of young and middle-aged experts in Shaanxi Province”, “outstanding investigation and design director of Shaanxi Province”, “Shaanxi Province has made outstanding contributions to experts,” such as the honorary title of 2006 was named the National Engineering Survey and Design Master.
