我厂老机房-33℃系统双级机组,采用二台8AS—17与二台4AV—15氨压机配组,正常为1~#—4~#机,2~#—5~#机配组,也可交叉配组用。一九九○年十一月一日,2~#—5~#机组运行时,发现2~#低压机排出温度高达108℃(系统规定上限为96℃),检查:①两机声音无异常,② 2~#机油压油面正常,③棒式温度计测2~#机各缸头温度为105℃—107℃之间,差异不大,④ 5~#机高压机各汽缸壁无发热现象,排出温度不高,⑤排出了低压机吸气压力过低,吸气过热,系统中空气过多,中冷
