为了更有效地运用中医中药治疗各种急症,近年来,研制出一些中药速效制剂。本文根据64篇文献,分为七类:抗休克药、抗冠心病心绞痛药、治脑血管病药、解热镇惊开窍药、抗菌消炎药、平喘止咳药、止痛药,扼要地介绍了约37种制剂的组方、作用和疗效。并对急症用中药制剂的有关问题,合理选择适宜剂型和提高制剂疗效等略加讨论。
In order to use traditional Chinese medicine to treat various emergencies more effectively, in recent years, some Chinese medicine quick-acting preparations have been developed. According to 64 articles, this article is divided into seven categories: anti-shock drugs, anti-heart angina pectoris drugs, cerebrovascular disease drugs, antipyretics and anti-spasm drugs, anti-bacterial anti-inflammatory drugs, anti-tussive cough medicine, painkillers, briefly introduced About 37 formulations of the formula, role and efficacy. The problems related to emergency use of traditional Chinese medicine preparations, reasonable selection of suitable dosage forms, and improvement of the curative effect of the preparations were discussed.
