目的 应用重组人IL 2治疗顽固性外阴、阴道尖锐湿疣。方法 局部病灶药物腐蚀、手术切除 ,在赘生物基底部注射干扰素 10 0万U加用重组人IL 2 10万U。结果 对久治不愈、反复发作的 2 0例病人 ,病灶很快被控制并治愈 ;并发的其他性传播疾病均得以控制。结论 IL 2与α 干扰素协同作用可控制HPV病毒感染。
Objective To apply recombinant human IL 2 to treat intractable vulva and vaginal condyloma acuminatum. Methods Local lesion drug corrosion, surgical resection, injection of 10 million U interferon in the basal part of vegetation plus recombinant human IL 2 100 000 U. Methods: Results Twenty patients with long-term recurrence and recurrence were quickly controlled and cured. Other sexually transmitted diseases concurrently were controlled. Conclusion The synergistic effect of IL-2 and interferon-alpha can control HPV infection.
