我国的会展教育市场虽日益火爆,但会展教育却不能真正满足会展企业的需求,其原因在于:会展教育界对会展人才需求缺乏正确的认识;在人才培养方向上企业和教育界产生了分歧;专业师资力量严重滞后于市场的需求;校企合作的教育模式没有真正落实。
Although China’s convention and exhibition education market is increasingly popular, but the exhibition education can not really meet the needs of convention and exhibition enterprises, the reason is that: Convention and Exhibition Education lack of proper understanding of the demand for convention and exhibition talent; in the direction of personnel training business and education have a disagreement; Professional teachers seriously lag behind the market demand; the school-enterprise cooperation in education has not really implemented.
