由双链RNA介导的 ,序列特异的转录后基因沉默的过程称为RNAi(RNAinterference) ,它是双链RNA分子在mRNA水平关闭相应序列基因表达的过程 ,是一门新兴的基因阻断技术。RNAi有望成为今后分析人类基因组功能的有力工具 ,在病毒感染、肿瘤、移植免疫等疾病的治疗上有很诱人的广阔前景
The process of double-stranded RNA-mediated, sequence-specific post-transcriptional gene silencing is called RNAinterference. It is a process by which double-stranded RNA molecules close the expression of corresponding sequence genes at the mRNA level and is an emerging gene blocker . RNAi is expected to be a powerful tool for the future analysis of human genome functions and has a very promising prospect for the treatment of diseases such as viral infections, tumors and transplant immunity
