In this paper, we observed the changes of nail fold microcirculation in 516 patients with four kinds of cardiovascular diseases and compared them with 475 normal people. As a result, the microcirculation disturbance of the four diseases was significantly higher than that of normal people. In addition to this phenomenon of coronary heart disease, RBC aggregation, increased blood viscosity, blood flow is also characterized by its slow; micro-vascular lesions of the lesser degree of wind; and vascular access Significantly increased permeability is the main feature of myocarditis. Therefore, conventional treatment of cardiovascular disease at the same time, combined with clear microcirculation drugs, the rehabilitation of patients has an important role.
