我所从1978年开始进行人造轻砂的研究工作,以天津沿海地区的碱土和工业废料粉煤灰作原料,利用小型沸腾试验窑试烧松散容重约为780公斤/米~3的碱土—粉煤灰人造轻砂。为了鉴定人造轻砂的性能,除对其材性进行测定外,还配制了全轻混凝土,制作了一块足尺寸的全轻混凝土外墙板。试验证明,轻砂性能良好,符合《J_(28-2)暂行规定》的要求,可作结构保温轻混凝土的细骨料。
