一、初中语文教学对学生口语表达能力培养中存在的问题与不足1.学校对学生表达能力培养的教学力度不够。由于我国传统教学理念的影响,在初中语文教学的过程中,多数学校为了提高学生的升学率,过于注重学生基础知识的掌握程度,而忽视了表达能力的培养。初中学生的升学压力较大,所涉及的学科较多,这就导致学校在安排语文课程的过程中,表达能力所占的比例越来越少。这样的应试教育虽然能够快速地提高学生的语文成绩,但却不利于他们的长远发展,严重制约了学生表达能力的提高。所以,要想提高学生的综合素质,良好的沟通与表达能力是必不可
