目的探讨经皮肾镜超声/气压弹道碎石清石术(PCNL)治疗上尿路结石的疗效。方法回顾性分析采用B超引导PCNL治疗82例上尿路结石患者的临床资料。结果 82例均一期成功建立经皮肾通道,5例行一期双通道取石,1例行一期3通道取石,手术时间30~130 min。术后3 d内体温38.5℃以上10例(12%);无血气胸、腹腔脏器损伤等严重并发症发生。术后1周复查,73例(89%)取尽结石,9例患者有残石行二期PCNL或体外冲击波碎石(ESWL)处理。结论 B超引导PCNL治疗上尿路结石安全、可靠。
Objective To investigate the efficacy of percutaneous nephrolithotomy / pneumatic lithotripsy (PCNL) in the treatment of upper urinary tract calculi. Methods The clinical data of 82 patients with upper urinary tract stones treated with B-guided PCNL were retrospectively analyzed. Results 82 cases of homogenization were successfully established percutaneous renal access, 5 cases of a double-channel stone, a case of a 3-channel stone, the operation time 30 ~ 130 min. Within 3 days after operation, body temperature above 38.5 ° C was 10 (12%); severe complications such as pneumothorax and abdominal organ injury occurred. One week after the operation, 73 patients (89%) had exhausted stones and 9 patients were treated with residual PCNL or ESWL. Conclusion B-guided PCNL treatment of upper urinary tract stones safe and reliable.
