为了在某型飞机大修期间对起落架外筒进行磁粉检测,需对起落架外筒进行磁化,并在检测结束后进行退磁。为此,根据外筒的磁性特点以及外形,首先选择穿棒法对筒体以及各孔进行周向磁化,再利用线圈法进行分段纵向磁化。最后采用通过线圈方法进行整体交流电退磁,对局部剩磁采用线圈电流逐步衰减方法进行补充退磁。通过试片验证和特斯拉计测量,结果显示磁化效果良好,退磁后剩磁小于0.2 mT。由此可见,按该方法对起落架外筒进行磁化和退磁,满足磁粉检测要求,保证了某飞机起落架外筒检修的质量。
In order to carry out the magnetic particle inspection of the landing gear outer barrel during the overhaul of a certain type of aircraft, the landing gear outer barrel must be magnetized and demagnetized at the end of the test. To this end, according to the magnetic characteristics of the outer cylinder and the shape, the first choice of wear rod method for the cylinder and the holes for circumferential magnetization, and then use the coil method for longitudinal magnetization. Finally, by using the coil method for the overall AC demagnetization, the local residual magnetics using coil current gradually decay method to supplement the demagnetization. The results of the magnetization show that the remanence is less than 0.2 mT after demagnetization. Thus, according to the method of landing gear outer cylinder magnetization and demagnetization to meet the magnetic particle testing requirements to ensure the quality of an aircraft landing gear outer tube overhaul.
