播散性红斑性狼疮是胶原组织疾病,根据最近国外文献报导,也是自家免疫疾病,在发病机制上提出了新的问题。本文将我院历年来所见播散性红斑性狼疮16例的临床表现、实验室及肝组织检查资料,略作介绍,并扼要探讨播散性红斑性狼疮与狼疮样肝炎的异同及病因关系。
