在我国城市化大规模拆迁进程中,大量因为政府行为失去土地的郊区农民通过得到新建的现代化公寓和一定程度的经济补偿作为交换。而安置这些“城市新居民”的社区大多位于城市不利区域。并且建筑的外观、建设的品质也往往与一般商品住宅有所区别。设计师在安置小区的设计中应有的社会责任感和设计理念应该值得重视。本文以军山龙湖社区二期规划与建筑设计方案,谈谈设计过程中的思考和体会。
In the process of large-scale urbanization in our country, a large number of suburban peasants who lost their land because of governmental actions have exchanged their ideas by getting newly-built modern apartments and a certain degree of economic compensation. Most of the communities that house these “newcomers to cities” are located in unfavorable urban areas. And the appearance of the building, the quality of construction is often different from the general commercial residential. The designer’s sense of social responsibility and design in the design of resettlement community deserves attention.
