目的对细花百部进行显微鉴别研究以及总生物碱含量的测定,为进一步研究奠定基础。方法采用显微鉴别法以及酸性染料比色法对细花百部进行实验。结果细花局部显微鉴别特征明显,总生物碱在0.002~0.012mg/ml呈良好的线性关系。结论显微特征稳定、可靠,可作为鉴别细花百部的参考依据,酸性染料比色法可以作为其含量测定的方法。
OBJECTIVE To study the microscopic identification and the determination of the total alkaloid content in the flower buds, and lay the foundation for further research. Methods Microscopic identification method and acid dye colorimetric method were used to carry out the experiment. Results The local microscopic identification of fine flowers was obvious. The total alkaloids showed a good linear relationship in the range of 0.002 ~ 0.012mg / ml. Conclusion The microscopic features are stable and reliable, which can be used as a reference for identification of fine flowers. Acid dye colorimetry can be used as a method to determine its content.
