在英国格拉斯哥和苏格兰西部地区血液中心随机抽取了1828份血液标本,分别送至7个血液中心并用10个厂家的抗-HBc试剂检测,重复阳性者送至参比实验室,用放射免疫法(RIA)检测抗-HBc,阳性者再用Abbott IMx试剂检测抗-HBc。此外,还进行HBsAg、HBeAg抗-HBeAg,抗-HBcIgM及抗-HBs的检测。对确证为抗-HBc阳性而抗-HBs效价低于100IU/L的标本用聚合酶链反应检测HBV DNA。 结果 98份标本为至少一种试剂盒重复阳性,进一步检测发现其中30份抗-HBc RIA阳性,10份为Abbott IMx抗-HBc阳性。这10份标本在RIA中均大
1828 blood samples were randomly collected from blood centers of Glasgow and Western Scotland in the United Kingdom and were sent to seven blood centers and tested by anti-HBc reagents from 10 manufacturers. Reproductive samples were sent to reference laboratories with radioimmunoassay RIA) to detect anti-HBc, the positive then Abbott IMx reagent anti-HBc.
