目的:对芒种花挥发油进行化学成分的研究,为芒种花的进一步开发和利用提供科学依据。方法:采用水蒸气蒸馏法从芒种花中提取挥发油,用气相色谱-质谱法对化学成分进行分析,以归一化法计算各个化学成分的相对含量。结果:共分离出72个峰,鉴定了其中24个化学成分,占挥发油总量的79.50%。结论:芒种花挥发油中的主要成分为α-蒎烯(18.14%)、2,4 a,5,6,7,8-六氢化-3,5,5,9-四甲基-,(R)-1H-苯并环庚烯(13.64%)、β-石竹烯(9.41%)、长叶烯(6.23%)等。
OBJECTIVE: To study the chemical composition of the volatile oil from Mansonia sinensis, and to provide scientific basis for the further development and utilization of Manghua flowers. Methods: The volatile oils were extracted from the scented flowers by steam distillation. The chemical components were analyzed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry. The relative content of each chemical component was calculated by normalization method. Results: A total of 72 peaks were isolated and 24 chemical components were identified, accounting for 79.50% of the total volatile oil. Conclusion: The main components in the volatile oil of Mans flower are α-pinene (18.14%), 2,4 a, 5,6,7,8-hexahydro-3,5,5,9-tetramethyl-,(R )-1H-benzocycloheptene (13.64%), β-caryophyllene (9.41%), longifolene (6.23%), and the like.
