目的观察PBL模式在外科学教学中的效果.方法比较采用PBL模式和传统教学模式的学生对外科学习的兴趣、对外科在临床课程中的地位、对本教学法的认识和出科考试成绩.结果接受PBL模式的学生对外科学刁感兴趣,认为外科是重要的临床课程、认为本教学法可提高自学能力、分析能力和表达能力的比例、出科考试成绩显著高于接受传统教学模式的学生.结论 PBL模式在外科教学中取得了满意效果.
