以引进的罗汉果为试材,研究了在自然高温条件下,不同程度遮荫处理(0%、20%、45%、70%)对罗汉果二级侧蔓的生长和净光合速率的影响。结果表明:70%遮荫处理的侧蔓长度和节间长度显著高于其它处理,而侧蔓直径、萌枝数、叶片及其栅栏组织的厚度、净光合速率均显著低于其它处理,有明显徒长现象而不适用于高温栽培管理;遮荫20%和45%的侧蔓长度、直径、萌枝数和净光合速率均显著高于对照,叶片及其栅栏组织厚度同对照无显著差异,是2个较理想的遮荫处理,而45%遮荫处理的侧蔓长度和叶片面积均显著大于20%遮荫处理,因此45%遮荫处理最为理想。
The effects of shading treatment (0%, 20%, 45%, 70%) on the growth and net photosynthetic rate of Pinus sylvestris var. Mongolica were studied under the condition of natural high temperature.
