天门冬(Riadix asparag)为百合科植物天门冬的块根,具有养阴润燥,清肺生津作用。近年来,国内外研究发现天门冬具有抗氧化、抗衰老、抗肿瘤与抗菌作用,但对其抗辐射的研究报道较少。本实验通过建立慢性辐射损伤大鼠模型,观察天门冬水煎剂对辐射损伤肝脏中血清酶、蛋白合成能力及转化生在因子β1(transforming growth factor-beta 1)mRNA表达影响,探讨天门冬水煎剂对慢性辐射损伤肝脏的保护作用及可能机制。
Asparagus (Riadix asparag) is the root of winter asparagus lily plants, with Yin Yin Runzao, Qingfei Sheng Jin effect. In recent years, domestic and foreign studies have found that asparagus with anti-oxidation, anti-aging, anti-tumor and anti-bacterial effects, but its radiation-resistant studies reported less. In this study, we established a rat model of chronic radiation damage and observed the effects of Asparagus officinalis decoction on the synthesis of serum enzymes and proteins in the liver and the expression of transforming growth factor-β1 (TGF-β1) Protective effects of decoction on the liver of chronic radiation injury and its possible mechanism.
