改革开放以来,我国乡镇企业异军突起,不仅在繁荣农村经济、增加农民收入、转移农村富余劳动力等方面发挥了巨大作用,而且为我国国民经济发展、政治稳定和社会进步做出了很大贡献。但近几年,由于受东南亚金融危机的冲击和国内市场供求关系转变的影响,乡镇企业的经营和发展遇到了一些前所未有的困难。如何进一步深化改革,促进乡镇企业快速健康发展已经成为关系到国民经济发展和社会稳定的重大问题。在此,我们刊发中央党校研究生院课题组的这篇文章,以期广大读者对如何加快推进乡镇企业的进一步发展进行深入探讨。 Since the reform and opening up, the sudden emergence of township enterprises in our country has played a tremendous role not only in boosting the rural economy, increasing the incomes of peasants, and in transferring the surplus rural labor force, but also has made great contributions to our national economic development, political stability and social progress. However, in recent years, due to the impact of the financial crisis in Southeast Asia and the change of supply and demand in the domestic market, the operation and development of township and village enterprises have encountered some unprecedented difficulties. How to further deepen the reform and promote the rapid and healthy development of township and village enterprises has become a major issue that affects the development of the national economy and social stability.
