目的探讨便捷、实效治疗痄腮的方法。方法采用普济消毒饮加减内服,腮腺败毒膏外敷。必要时配合静脉点滴中药抗病毒制剂“炎琥宁”、西药“病毒唑”“干扰素”肌注等治疗58例。结果治愈50例(86.2%);好转8例(13.8%);有效率100%。结论本方突出中医特色,结合西医之长,中西结合疗程明显缩短,疗效好。
Objective To explore a convenient and effective treatment of gills. Methods Puji disinfection drink reduction oral administration, parotid gland decoction ointment. When necessary, cooperate with intravenous Chinese medicine antiviral agent “Yan Hu Ning”, western medicine “ribavirin” “interferon” intramuscular injection and other treatment of 58 cases. Results cured 50 cases (86.2%); improved in 8 cases (13.8%); the efficiency of 100%. Conclusion This side highlights the characteristics of traditional Chinese medicine, combined with the length of Western medicine, treatment of Chinese and Western markedly shortened, good effect.
